The Session Process

The session process is a very important part of the service which encompasses what exactly takes place when you register a session with Lisa Namata Photography. This process covers all types of sessions including Maternity, Newborn, 1st Birthday, Family and provides general details on what to expect

Meet and Greet

This part of the process is the planning stage which involves meeting up in person to discuss how you envision your photoshoot going. This would include attire for you and/or your child/family, makeup services, shoot groupings as well as a general feeling out of whether or not I am the right photographer for you.

The Photoshoot

This part of the process is the main event where we will get together to create lasting memories for you, your child and/or family. Duration of the session depends on the services required for the shoot. Please expect an hour and a half for hair and makeup and two hours for the photoshoot itself. Additional time may be expected for bigger groups based on the size.

The Reveal

This portion of the process is the moment you have been waiting for! The reveal is an exclusive appointment for you and/or child/family to come back to the studio to view a video presentation encapsulizing the memory and the photos we have completed for you. The photos you will see are ones we select that you are sure to love and cannot live without. This is where you can go over the different pricing packages and place any orders. The portraits you purchase are entirely up to you. This part of the process will generally take place about 4 – 6 weeks from when your and/or child/family photoshoot took place.

Product Pickup

This is the final part of the process and can take up to 4 – 6 weeks from ordering unless otherwise noted. Products will be shipped to the studio for quality control purposes and held for pickup at your convenience.
